Job Offer: Intern Position / ONE Finance 

Reports To: CFO 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts working with the Business Leads across all lines of business
• Develop analysis and KPI’s for each business that measure performance and identifies trends requiring management action
• Monitor business performance and report on variances to targeted results
• Manage the monthly close process with outsourced accounting provider
• Define, implement, maintain, finance department processes and procedures
• Prepare management and Board presentations covering current and projected business results
• Support both internal and external audit processes as needed
• Maintain the finance reporting calendar and ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements
• Manage and maintain the client invoicing process 

Qualifications: 

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or equivalent
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Excel, office and database management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• Autonomous and able to take initiative on projects
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Solid time management and prioritisation skills
