Over the last 7 years, thanks to the trust and support of our clients, ONE group solutions has grown from a firm of 10 people covering one jurisdiction, to a global governance and solutions platform serving over 200 clients with more than 160 professionals employed across eight offices. Throughout this time, we have stayed focused on our core competencies and our strong belief that good governance is created by good people.

To support the continuation of this success story, the Board of ONE group solutions has approved a strategic investment in ONE by New Private Equity (“NPE”), a US-based, strategic investor specialising in B2B software and technology-enabled business services. NPE provides a strong cultural alignment with ONE, a common vision for digitally supported governance solutions, and a value-add approach to delivering client outcomes.

This strategic investment will not alter the DNA of our business. The management team retain a majority position, meaning that ONE remains founder-led and independent. There is no change to leadership, governance, regulatory responsibilities, service teams, client contracts, or strategy.

The strategic investment, and additional technological knowledge and resources that NPE will provide, will enable ONE to accelerate investment in talent, technology, and infrastructure. However, this investment is significantly more than just a financial arrangement. We believe that working collaboratively with NPE over the coming years will also enable us to deliver greater value, consistency and responsiveness to our clients and their stakeholders.

The investment is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close later this year.
