ONE group solutions (ONE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Arnaud Bouteiller as Managing Director with immediate effect. He will work alongside the existing leadership team during a planned transition period before assuming the role of Head of ManCo and AIFM on 1 January 2027.

Arnaud will succeed Lydie Bini, who will retire at the end of 2026. As one of ONE’s foundational team members, Lydie has helped build and lead the firm’s fund management business since its establishment in 2019, shaping its operating model, client proposition and culture. Arnaud will work alongside Lydie through a planned transition period, providing continuity for clients, teams and governance arrangements.

In his new role, Arnaud will lead the continued development of ONE’s independent Management Company and AIFM proposition for UCITS and alternative investment funds, encompassing independent risk management, valuation oversight and investment compliance monitoring. He will also support the development of the firm’s portfolio management and marketing capabilities and contribute more broadly to the Group’s ambitious next phase of growth.

Arnaud brings close to two decades of experience in asset servicing and asset management spanning fund servicing and governance, portfolio and risk management and business development. Most recently, he was Managing Director at Mirabaud Asset Management in Luxembourg and France.

Earlier in his career, Arnaud was a Partner and General Manager of a third-partymanagement company and AIFM, where he spent 15 years helping build the business before its successful sale in 2021.

The appointment forms part of ONE’s continued investment in experienced leadership as the firm prepares for its next phase of growth. Alongside strengthening its senior team, ONE plans to accelerate investment in technology, data and AI to enhance its operating capabilities and the service delivered to clients across international markets.
