ONE Group Solutions (ONE), the specialist provider of ManCo/AIFM, consultancy, governance and support services, has strengthened its ability to deliver multi‑jurisdictional compliance support to clients in the UK with this key appointment. Joe French joins the group as Consult Lead, UK, where he will lead the development of ONE’s Compliance Support, AML and Consultancy services in the UK.

Joe brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the role. He spent eight years at Newgate Compliance (later Ocorian), working as a trusted strategic partner to a large number of regulated firms. Prior to this, Joe spent 13 years at HMRC, where he led intelligence teams developing domestic and international criminal and civil cases relating to money laundering, fraud and cybercrime. Earlier in his career, Joe worked at the FCA, having started his career at RBS.

Joe joins ONE at an exciting time. Since the launch of its UK office in late 2024, ONE has seen increasing demand for its market‑leading, technology‑enabled and client‑focused Compliance Support and Consultancy services. ONE provides flexible support through its team of highly experienced and motivated compliance and regulatory professionals, all of whom are practitioners in their respective fields of expertise.
