A seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in the fund industry, Donncha joins ONE group solutions following a successful tenure as Head of the Ireland Branch at Sparkasse Bank Malta plc. There, he led the bank’s market entry, secured authorization from the Central Bank of Ireland, and was instrumental in building strong Depositary business servicing UCITS and AIFs, overseeing over €2.85 billion in assets across more than 20 clients. Prior to Sparkasse, Donncha held senior roles at Citi and State Street, gaining deep expertise in Ireland’s depositary landscape. He is a regular contributor to industry committees and regulatory forums, offering insights on key developments such as AIFMD II. In his new role, Donncha will lead ONE’s strategic growth and operations in the Irish market.

The appointment follows ONE’s recent expansion into Ireland, United Kingdom, United States and Portugal, reinforcing its mission to be closer to clients and deliver agile, region-specific governance solutions.
