My Career Journey — A Story of Trust, People and Opportunities

Looking back at my career in the fund industry, I realise how much it has been shaped by opportunities, trust and, above all, people.

My journey started in Luxembourg, where I gained valuable experience and built my professional foundations within leading institutions across the banking and investment management sectors. These experiences gave me a strong understanding of the fund industry and allowed me to meet many great professionals along the way.

A major turning point came when a former colleague contacted me about an opportunity within a third-party Management Company. I accepted the challenge without hesitation and joined the Oversight team, where I spent almost five years.

This experience gave me strong exposure to the AIFM and regulated environment and was a major step in my professional growth. I will always be grateful to the people who trusted me and gave me those opportunities.

A few years later, another important chapter began with ONE Group Solutions. I was fortunate to be one of the first employee to join the journey and to receive the trust of the management from day one, including being considered a Partner. After around three years in Oversight, I had the opportunity to work in parallel between Oversight and Valuation. Today, after more than two years fully dedicated to Valuation, I am proud to be heading the Valuation team.

When I look back, I am proud of the journey — but even more grateful for the people who have been part of it.

Colleagues who became friends, managers who trusted me, professionals who shared their knowledge, and people who gave me opportunities at the right moment. And behind all of this, I am especially grateful to my family for their continuous support and encouragement throughout the years.

My journey has taught me that careers are not built alone. They are built through opportunities, hard work, trust, and the people you meet along the way.

I am proud of where I am today, grateful for the journey so far, and excited about what comes next.
